Sales Representative - Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities

  1. Demand Discovery and Opportunity Conversion:

    • Promote software customization services suchasWeb/App/Systemdevelopment to enterprise clients, accurately identifying their needs for digital transformation;

    • Develop potential clients through channels like industry exhibitions, corporate visits, and community operations, establishing collaboration intentions and facilitating contracts.

  2. Solution Design and Resource Coordination:

    • Collaborate with the technical team to analyze client needs and deliver customized solutions functionlist,pricingproposal,deliverytimeline;

    • Lead business negotiations, clearly defining requirements and delivery standards, while coordinating development team resources to ensure project implementation.

  3. Full Process Order Management and Client Maintenance:

    • Manage the entire sales process, handle client demand changes and risk alerts;

    • Establish long-term client relationships, exploring opportunities for secondary development and peripheral services suchasoperationandmaintenance,iterativeupgrades.

  4. Market Insight and Strategy Optimization:

    • Collect industry trends, competitor service models, and client pain points, providing feedback to optimize service offerings and pricing strategies;

    • Explore emerging promotion channels suchastechnicalforums,developercommunities to enhance brand penetration in the B-end market.


Job Requirements

  1. Core Competencies:

    • Experience in software service sales, familiar with IT solution sales logic demandanalysis→solutiondesign→bidding;

    • Ability to quickly understand technical terminology suchasfront−endandback−endseparation,databasearchitecture,APIinterface, facilitating efficient communication between clients and technical teams;

    • Strong business negotiation skills, capable of independently drafting contract terms and managing risks;

    • Resource integration capability, with a preference for candidates with existing enterprise client resources suchasgovernment,SMEs,startups.

  2. Soft Skills:

    • Strong goal orientation, adaptable to the long-cycle and uncertainty of project-based sales;

    • High self-motivation, capable of independently planning client development pace without the need for direct supervision;

    • Integrity and pragmatism, focusing on long-term client value rather than short-term gains.


Additional Preferences:

  • Background in software development, product management, or technology, allowing deep involvement in demand solution design;

  • Familiarity with vertical industries suchase−commerce,healthcare,andeducation and their digital pain points and solutions;

  • Experience in self-media operations suchasXiaohongshu,Douyin,Zhihu,industrycommunities, capable of client acquisition through content;

  • Possession of PMO experience with the ability to undertake certain project management responsibilities.
