UI Designer - Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in the entire UI design process of company products (Web/App/H5/Mini Programs, etc.), output high-quality visual solutions, and ensure that the design implementation is consistent with the user experience;

2. Create interface prototypes, icons, animations, and interaction details based on product requirements and user research findings to enhance product usability and visual appeal;

3. Develop and maintain design standards (color, font, spacing, etc.) to ensure consistency in design styles across multiple platforms;

4. Collaborate closely with product managers and front-end development teams to drive the realization of design solutions and address multi-platform adaptation issues;

5. Stay updated on design trends, analyze competitor design styles, and continuously optimize the visual experience of existing products;

6. Support brand graphic design needs (such as posters, banners, promotional materials, etc.) and possess multi scenario design capabilities.

Qualifications

1. Basic Skills:

   • Proficient in mainstream design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and Figma.

   • Strong foundation in visual design, with expertise in typography, color matching, and graphic design principles, possessing an extreme attention to detail.

   • Familiarity with Web/iOS/Android design specifications, and understanding of responsive layouts and multi-platform adaptation rules.

   • Mastery of user experience design principles, capable of optimizing design solutions through user research and data analysis.

2. Experience Requirements:

   • More than 2 years of UI design experience, with a mature portfolio (case studies required).

   • Full involvement in at least one online project design, with an understanding of the development implementation process.

   • Candidates with graphic design skills (such as brand VI and print design) are preferred.

3. Soft Skills:

   • Strong design sensitivity, able to quickly grasp business needs and translate them into visual language.

   • Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating design concepts and accepting constructive feedback.

   • Strong self-motivation, with a focus on industry trends and a commitment to continuous professional development in design.

Bonus Points:

• Familiar with motion design tools.

• Basic understanding of front-end technologies HTML/CSS, enabling efficient collaboration with developers.

• Experience in illustration design, 3D modeling Blender/C4D, or IP character design.

• Background in user research or usability testing, capable of optimizing designs through data-driven insights.

• Experience working in large internet companies or renowned design teams.
